Shipping policy

All the products will be shipped after 20 days from the date of placing an order. Nothing is ever ready to be shipped as each miniature is handcrafted with precision once the order is received.

We dispatch all parcels using a courier service best suited to your order or the type of products sold by us to offer you a fast and reliable delivery service.

All Shipping is done with a tracking number.
Tracker no. will be sent to you your mail id or phone number. Pls make sure you give the correct mobile number and email id.

Despite our best efforts and those of our logistic partner, certain issues can arise before your parcel is delivered. In order to guarantee you a quality service, Cn Arts Miniatures promises to do its best to find the causes and resolve the problem in a timely manner.

Return policy

We put in a lot of time and love into handcrafting your miniatures and your satisfaction is very important to us!

Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us the complete unboxing video from the time you unbox the parcel to the time any defect in the product is being witnessed. All we ask is that you drop us an email along with the unboxing video and photos of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece. In that case we only send a new piece and no cancellation of order or a refund will be initiated. Please note that photos alone will not be accepted as a proof of any damaged products wherein the complete unboxing video is mandatory otherwise it would not be liable for return at any cost.

We accept returns within 1 days after reception of Damage Goods. 

Return your item(s) unworn, unused and in the original packaging

There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items. However the return shipping costs will be bore by the customer.

Kindly provide the correct shipping address, phone number and other details while placing an order. 

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Address cannot be changed once the order is placed.

In case delivery of an order is delayed or does not happen due to a mistake in the address or the contact number provided by the customer, the customer alone shall be held responsible for it. Once the said order reaches back to our address after failed delivery, Cn Arts Miniatures may send it back to you, on the correct address or with correct contact number, provided you pay the additional fee of back shipping plus the forward shipping, the second time. This fee may differ depending upon your location. The order cannot be cancelled in such cases and no refund shall be provided.

We do not accept any forced exchanges or returns which are non-refundable.
